Review: Riding Steele - Book #6 Aftershock - Opal Carew - December 2014

As I come to the end of this serial , I have to say I really enjoyed it and it has renewed  my love in wanting to read more Biker Books and MC ( Motorcycle Club) novels, which is a good thing as I have many to read on my Kindle app. At the end of Book #5 Crossroads we saw it end with the crossroad of a love affair between Steele and Laurie and to whether or not they would be able to continue their feelings for one another. In this book we read as Steele rode off into the sunrise leaving Laurie to try and find stability in her life.  Laurie realises that what she wants is Steele and will do anything she can to win him back , even if it means contacting Wild Card to come and pick her up and take her back to where they are staying. Can Laurie prove to Steele that she isn't just some broken girl whose looking for attention, but that she has really fallen for him and that deep down he knows it and loves her too ? 
Can these two move past the aftershocks of what has happened over the last week or so and prove that they can overcome anything ?

Review: Steel Princess - Book #2 Royal Elite Series - Rina Kent - December 2019 At the end of Book #1, we were left on a cliffhanger of Elsa being pushed into the pool. At the beginning of book #2, she is saved by a newcomer to the school - Knox.  We can see some friendly flirting but nothing more going on between these two, but it riles up Aiden who still has this mindset of "if I can't have her, no-one can" especially since he is supposed to be engaged to Silver Queens. During Book #2 Elsa starts to recall some more memories and goes to Dr.Khan in hopes that he can open her Pandora's box and can restore her full memories of what happened before she was seven years old. We also catch a glimpse during this book of her past and why Aiden King's father blames her for his mother's death and why Aiden considered Elsa a ghost. Review: Dr. Strange Beard - Book #5 Winston Brothers Series - Penny Reid - July 2018 If there is a family that I love to read about it has been the Winston Brothers. This has to be one of my favorite book series out there as the brothers ; you can't help but fall in love with them all - with their funny quirks and their redneck comments.
