VBT# Declaration - Rachael Wade

Declaration (Preservation, #3)

Review: Declaration - Book #3 Preservation Series - Rachael Wade - October 2013

All his life Carter has been the one in the background, the good friend and he has only ever loved one person - Kate and all was well until Kate broke up with her Professor boyfriend and ended up crying on Carter's shoulder and they kissed. Next thing, Kate has gone back to her Professor boyfriend and now they are engaged. Where does that leave Carter ? That sends Carter off driving till he reaches a location that is far from his home in Seattle - Pacific Northwest . He lands in a small island-town and soon makes new friends including female companions as well. Can Carter finally make himself heard in this new town ? Was this the move Carter needed in order to find who he was away from Kate ? Can a new friend by the name of Whitney help Carter take his mind off Kate and help him to move on with his life ? On a personal side of things, I loved the character Carter as though he was a musician type he still loved BBC shows and all things British which was awesome :)
I have yet to read the first two in the series but have had them sitting on my kindle to read for a while now, so since I enjoyed Declaration -I figured I would take a trip down memory lane and read the first two books in the series.
