Review: Fifth Grave Past the Light - Book #5 Charley Davidson Series - Darynda Jones - July 2013

One of my favourite series is the Charley Davidson series by Darynda Jones. As a fan of the TV Shows Medium, Ghost Whisperer and Supernatural. This series has been a favourite as it follows Charley Davidson who is a PI who can see Ghosts and lead them to the other side and more often than not her work leads her to helping solve crimes as her uncle is a Cop. The other thing I love about the series is that Charley is involved with the Son of Satan - Reyes Farrow. In Fifth Grave Past the Light we see several story lines , the first is a serial killer who has hidden bodies and Charley's apartment is becoming filled with dead women, Reyes human sister is the one who has been sitting fires around the town - fires that somehow Charley is being blamed and the clincher for this novel was that Charley has found out from Rocket that Reyes name is on the upcoming Death List. Will this be the end of the Son of Satan's reign on earth in his current body ? Will Charley have to say goodbye to her crazy soul-mate ?
This is a book that can't be read as a stand-alone and if you are yet to read the series then what the hell are you waiting for ? Get onto this series now. Fans of authors Saranna DeWylde and Dakota Cassidy.
