Blaire has lost everything in her life that she cared for and now has nowhere else to turn except her father , but with her father comes a new family and a truckload of memories and hurts. Five years ago, Blaire's father was in a car accident and her twin sister Valerie died , then he left her family. Then her mother got sick and thirty-six days ago has died. Blaire heads to her father's new address , only too find her father not there and her new step-brother Rush Finlay instead. Rush is not a happy camper having Blaire there and goes out of his way to make her miserable. Blaire, having nowhere else to go gets a job at the country club in order to save money to move out and soon finds herself in want with Woods , Grant and even Rush -though he won't admit it. However even in rich-ville -life for Blaire won't be easy as she discovers Rush is hiding a secret that will tear her life apart even more and may send her back to where she came from. As the story goes along, we read as Rush gets closer to Blaire but what will happen when the secret is revealed and Blaire runs away ? Will Rush flee after Blaire or will he side with his mother and sister ? Has Rush "Fallen Too Far" for Blaire ?
